A: Yes, we strongly encourage sample orders, which is a standard practice for brands and wholesalers to verify quality. We offer two sample types with different lead times:
- Standard Sample (Existing Designs):If you wish to check our quality using an existing model, we can dispatch it within 2-3 business days.
- Custom Sample (Your Design):For a sample matching your custom color, design, or logo, the lead time is typically 12-15 business days. This period allows for precise color matching and production setup to ensure your custom sample accurately reflects the final mass production.
A: Yes! We accommodate small batch orders.
For our existing stock models, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) starts from 300-500 pieces. For these small batches, we offer simple logo customization, including laser etching / silk screen printing or single-color / multi-color UV printing. We are here to help you start with flexibility.
A: That’s an excellent question. Even with identical specifications, several key factors contribute to price variations. It’s often a reflection of what goes beyond the basic materials.
- Material & Component Grades:While the stainless steel grade might be the same, the thickness (gauge) and source quality can vary. Crucially, components like lids, seals, and straws differ significantly in material quality (e.g., food-grade vs. standard plastic), directly impacting cost, safety, and durability.
- The “Hidden” Cost of Quality Control:This is where the major differences lie. Factories investing in rigorous quality assurance have higher costs, which translates to a more reliable product for you. This includes:
- The number and thoroughness of quality checksduring production.
- The duration of the vacuum sealingprocess (longer times often ensure better insulation).
- The frequency of insulation performance testson random units.
- The time spent on finishing detailslike polishing and assembly.
- Factory Operational Overheads:A factory with modern equipment, ethical labor practices, and certified processes (like ISO standards) will inherently have higher operational costs than one without. This investment ensures consistency and professionalism.
In short, the lowest price might mean corners have been cut in areas you cannot easily see. We choose to invest in consistent quality and reliable performance, ensuring your brand receives the best value and minimizes product risks.
A: While high-quality materials and precision engineering are fundamental, we believe the most critical element transcends the physical product itself: it is the mindset and responsibility of our people.
Modern machinery is essential, but it is operated and overseen by individuals. Through years of experience, we have learned that a truly excellent product is ultimately born from a culture of excellence. We invest heavily in cultivating our team’s comprehensive skills and fostering a shared commitment to not just meet, but exceed, the stringent standards demanded by international brands.
A single tumbler passes through dozens, even hundreds of processes. It is the conscientious care and pride of every employee at each step that ensures perfection. We have forged a team with an intrinsic drive for high standards. This human-centric philosophy is why the products we create earn the trust and recognition of leading global brands, giving you the confidence to sell without second thoughts about quality.
A: That’s fantastic! Creating a unique product is an exciting journey, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Here is our collaborative process:
- Concept & Sketch:It all starts with your idea. Share your thoughts with us, and our design team will translate them into professional sketches. We’ll work closely with you, refining the concept until the basic design is confirmed.
- 3D Modeling & Approval:Once the sketch is approved, we will create a detailed 3D model. This allows you to visualize the product from every angle. We will then provide this 3D model for your final approval on the appearance.
- Mold Fabrication:After you approve the 3D model and the mold fee is settled, we begin mold manufacturing.
- Stainless Steel Body Mold:~15 days
- New Lid Structure Mold:~25 days (if applicable)
- Prototyping & Testing:Once the molds are ready, we will conduct a trial production run. The primary goal is to ensure the product functions perfectly, all components fit together seamlessly, and it meets our quality standards.
- Mass Production:After the prototype is approved, we immediately move into the mass production phase to fulfill your order.
This structured approach ensures that your vision is perfectly translated into a tangible, high-quality product, minimizing risks at every stage
